Windows 7 not shipping before 2010 OFFICAL

April 30th, 2009

Well pop pickers, now it seems that we can all relax and enjoy OS X Snow Leopard safe in the knowledge that Winblows 7 isn’t even likely to ship before 2010. I guessRedmondhas plenty of time to fire up its photocopiers.

You can bet your cat’s favorite toy that if MSFT isn’t going to time out the “RC” build of Winblows 7 before 2010 that nothing purchasable is coming our way before then. I worked at MSFT for years. I know how they think… (If you can call it thinking….)

This is better-sweet for me. OK, more sweet than bitter, but still… There’s a whole lot of folks out there who got badly screwed by the Vista debacle.. Those folks are at least due an OS that works. Shame it’s taking the company that eagerly took their money almost 2 years to get a fix out to them!!! SHAME….

You know, I mentioned earlier that I worked at MSFT years ago. It’s true I did. Back when Exchange 4.0 shipped. I haven’t bought a PC since! If those of us that worked at MSFT don’t buy Winblows, why should you? Think about it. There are better OS’s out there!
