Numan Tours With Pleasure AGAIN! #Numan #music
30 years after its first release and meteoric rise to #1 in the UK album charts, Gary Numan is touring again with the Pleasure Principle album.
Many hard-core Numanoids (you know who you are) consider Pleasure Principle
to by Gary’s seminal album. Sure Replicas broke ground and Telekon was visionary but every long term Numan fan I know has a huge soft spot for Pleasure Principle.
Released through the semi-exclusive NuMind email network, Gary today announced the dates for the UK exclusive Pleasure Principle 2009 tour. On the heals of his massively successful Telekon and Replicas mini tours, adding Pleasure Principle to the mix of the “let’s get the oldies out of the way” tours makes complete sense.
We all know how much Gary hates nostalgia but who can’t argue with a 16 city sell out tour no matter how hard you want to move away from “Cars”. We all understand that artists want to “move on” but that doesn’t have to mean you leave your old masters in the dust.

What I really love about this tour schedule is that Gary is not focusing just on the big money makers but is taking the show to usually un-loved towns. That shows this guy’s commitment to his fan base and his love of what he does.
