Microsoft can’t even get it right for big bucks!

April 25th, 2009 Comments off

If you, like me, think that Microsoft is so off course that it’s going to take a reboot of it’s mid 90’s IE proportions to turn it around then you’re going to get a giggle out of this.

Not only do they have the gall to charge $17K for their questionably useful “Surface” touch table computer thingy but it seems that usability is extra at that price.

Didn’t anyone in Redmond think that a very expensive TOUCH device should be able to be set up using TOUCH?? Apparently not as not only is it almost impossible to plug it in without a tech support call but then you have to dig out a keyboard and mouse to configure it… Insane.

Oh poor confused, out of touch, increasingirrelevant M$FT.

Microsoft Surface setup impressions: “filled with mind-bogglingly frustrating usability issues”.
